About the Bristol Centre
The Royal Television Society was formed in 1927, nine years before the first public broadcast from Alexandra Palace - forward thinking if ever there was.
The Bristol Centre isn't quite that old but it is the oldest of all the 15 RTS regional centres.
Dating back to 1948 the centre represents many members from all aspects of the TV industry in the West.
