OFCOM regulations are changing and Access Services will need to be supported not only by UK Broadcasters, but by non-UK Broadcasters operating under OFCOM licences from January 2014. Access Service providers, manufacturers and system integrators discuss the impact this will have.

This lecture will be presented by Claude Le Guyader, Business Development Manager for ITFC, and we will be discussing :

-          What are access services (legislation / examples)

-          How are they produced

-          How are they delivered

-          Technical issues for users / access services and technology providers / broadcasters
