From pre-school programming to adult education, from multimedia to primetime impact, the RTS Educational Television Awards recognise the best in audiovisual support for learning. The Awards ceremony is held every June in central London. The Educational Television Awards Committee is chaired by George Entwistle.
The RTS Educational Television Awards for 2008 were presented at an Awards Dinner on Monday 15 June 2009 at Bafta, London. The evening was hosted by Professor Tanya Byron.
