The annual IBC review was held at Arqiva, Crawley Court Nr Winchester, and was well attended. A panel of TV professionals passed on their take on the latest developments on display at IBC, and this was contrasted with a video, produced by two students from Southampton Solent University, Jenny Strange and Cameron Wheels, who describe themselves as "two clueless graduates"!
