Student Television Awards
The RTS Student Television Awards recognise the best audiovisual work created by by full- or part-time students as part of their course. The Awards ceremony is held every May in central London. In 2007 the Student Masterclasses were launched as part of the Student Awards day. The sessions give the student audience the opportunity to hear talks and be inspired by the leading lights of each Television genre. The Student Television Awards Committee is chaired by Pat Younge, Chief Creative Officer BBC Vision Productions.
