Presenter and broadcaster Mark Dolan will present the Royal Television Society's annual Student Television Awards from the British Film Institute, Southbank.

Dolan is best known for hosting Channel 4's comedy sketch show Balls of Steel, where actors and comedians performed outrageous stunts involving an unsuspecting public, between 2005 and 2008. The north Londonder also spent five years hosting Sky Movie's flagship show 35mm where he interviewed Hollywood's elite filmmakers.

More recently, the ex-radio presenter showcased his culinary skills as winner of 2015's Celebrity Come Dine With Me Xmas Special and has written a stand-up show, The Sex Guru, which will tour later this year with a monthly residency in the West End.

The RTS Student Television Awards 2016 will be held at the BFI Southbank on Friday 3rd June.
