The new weekly episodes will be available to stream every Monday from 6am and air on BBC One on Sundays at 9pm, starting from Sunday 19th April.

The second series finale ended with a shock twist as Villanelle (Jodie Comer) appears to finally achieve her mission of 'killing Eve' when she shoots Eve (Sandra Oh) in Rome and leaves her for dead.
The second series finale sees Villanelle (Jodie Comer) and Eve (Sandra Oh) go on the run together after Carolyn’s (Fiona Shaw) betrayal. However, when Eve discovers that Villanelle had a gun on her and could have prevented Eve from killing Raymond, she decides to walk away.
The shock final scenes sees assassin Villanelle shoot Eve and leave her for dead in Rome.
The announcement comes just days after the US premiere of series two, which aired on BBC America and AMC on Sunday 7th April.
Killing Eve, which follows MI5 agent Eve (Sandra Oh ) on the hunt for assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer), was a break out hit in 2018, with BBC iPlayer receiving over 46 million requests for series one of the drama so far.

The normal stuff. “How long are you in town?” “I love London… you must know my friend Jack. He lives in Liverpool. That’s kinda near, isn’t it?” “The guy who runs NBC is going to be toast by Christmas.”

Josh Sapan was welcomed as “the real deal, one of the greats of American cable and the television industry” by his interviewer, Tim Davie. Not only that, the audience learned that Sapan was cut from a different cloth to most US TV executives because he understood British humour.

“We are cousins of the BBC, married into the family, a delight for me,” said the donnish-looking, New York-based cable veteran.
