We are delighted to welcome Clive Myrie to RTS Wales Centre

for an evening ‘In Conversation’ with Tim Hartley.

Clive is one of the BBC’s most experienced foreign correspondents.  In a career spanning almost 30 years he’s reported from close to 100 countries.  He has been the BBC’s Japan, Los Angeles, Africa, Asia, Washington and Europe Correspondent.  The stories he’s reported on cover a huge range of topics, from war (including Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria), the last 6 US Presidential elections, and the global financial crash of 2008.

Clive is now a presenter for BBC News but continues to report as well, covering the Nepal earthquake, the Ebola crisis in Sierra Leone, and migration in Lebanon, Ethiopia, Italy, and Germany.  His work has been shortlisted for several awards.  He is most proud of being a die-hard fan of Manchester City.

(Light refreshments will be served from 6.15pm.)

NB: Booking for this event is essential as places are limited.  To secure your place, please email hywel@aim.uk.com or call 07980 007 841.
