90 Years Of The RTS: A Celebration

This autumn the Royal Television Society reached its 90th anniversary. Meaning that for 90 years, the RTS has been promoting the art and science of television with its prestigious awards, educational bursaries and packed diary of events across the UK. It all started with an inaugural lecture at Leeds University in 1927. So, it seems fitting that we celebrate the anniversary here in Yorkshire. And we will be doing it in style with an afternoon and evening of events including Inside the Archives tours, a keynote lecture by Melvyn Bragg, and the RTS 90th anniversary Quiz.
