Have you noticed the albert logo on the end of so many TV shows recently? It’s attached to productions that are making changes to improve their eco credentials.

If you want to know the ‘why, what and how’ behind the changes being made, then this is the event for you.

albert is a collaborative BAFTA, indie and broadcaster backed project that provides the film and TV industries with the necessary expertise and opportunities to take action on environmental sustainability. The project aims for all UK screen content to be made in a way that benefits individuals, industry organisations and the planet.

This session will give you a grounding in the environmental issues facing the production sector and will explore what can be done both on and behind the scenes. The case-study led presentation will offer you plenty of chances to ask questions and learn from what has been achieved to date.

Chair: Muki Kulhan

Speaker: Aaron Matthews, project manager, albert

Producer: Terry Marsh
